Company is good for only managment & corporate, management team never think about their engineer working in different project & location, Here engineer & inspector are treated like the constractual worker , I worked here more than 4 year in my openion working here more than one year is wasting of talent & skill.

I have one & half year of experience in QACA as engineer. Right now working on the Alstom under the project of QACA . My observation there is no any leave criteria of casual leave and earned leave. It is only look into the portal but not given to employees. They are treating employees like a labour.

Started my career with QACA around 4 years back and definitely this organization gave me all the necessary avenues and opportunities to showcase my talents and abilities. I got immense support from my seniors and peers to achieve the targets set. The best part about this organization is the office atmosphere which is relaxing and engaging both at the same time. Worst experience ever, this is a third party company. they took a hefty amount from industries to provide 100% Inspection but gives approximately half to their quality inspectors. worst management, they even deduct the salary & overtime hours from their employees for a small mistake. please don't indulge in this firm. there's no growth in third party firms, be prepare yourself for better than wasting your precious time doing this work.
